Privacy Policy
Mutuals collects no data. It has no server, no account system, no analytics, and nothing to buy. Everything you put into the app stays on your device, and nothing is transmitted anywhere.
Who this policy is from
Mutuals is published by PT. Pastelify Digital Teknologi ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the Mutuals Android application does with information. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Meta Platforms, Inc.
Information we collect
None. We do not collect, receive, transmit, sell or share any personal information. We operate no servers that could receive it.
Information the app reads on your device
When you choose a data export file, the app reads only the follower and following lists inside that archive. It specifically does not open photos, videos, messages, advertising records or login history, even when those are present in the same file.
If the archive contains your own profile file, the app reads a single field from it — your username — so imports can be labelled with the account they belong to. It does not read the email address, phone number, date of birth, or biography stored in the same file.
The lists include the usernames of other people. Those usernames are held only on your device, are shown only to you, and are never transmitted.
Where this information is stored
In the app's private storage on your device. It is not backed up to us, because there is no "us" to back it up to. If you enable your device's own system backup, your operating system may include the app's files; that is governed by your device maker's privacy policy, not this one.
Network access
The app functions fully with the device offline and does not require an internet connection. The only time your device contacts the network on the app's behalf is when you tap a profile link, which hands the address to your browser. That is an action you take, not something the app does on its own.
Analytics, advertising and third parties
The app is free, carries no advertising, and sells nothing. It contains no analytics SDK, no crash reporting SDK, no advertising SDK, no payment SDK and no third-party trackers. No third party receives anything from the app.
Deleting your data
Everything the app holds on your device — every import, every list, every date — can be removed under Settings → Delete all data. Uninstalling the app also removes all of it. We never held a copy, so there is nothing to ask us about.
Because we never receive your data, there is nothing for you to ask us to delete, and no account for you to close.
Children
Mutuals is not directed at children under 13 and is not designed for them. We do not knowingly collect information from a child, and the app asks for no personal details from anyone.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will also be noted in the app's store listing.
